DG Murray Trust Supports CWSA Development and Capacity Building Programme

The DG Murray Trust is supporting CWSA in strengthening its organisational development and capacity building programme. This programme focuses on developing member organisations to ensure good corporate governance and the provision of quality services to children and families.

Through this generous support, CWSA has been able to bring together staff nationally to revisit present practices in organisational development so as to improve and enhance these practices.   Using these enhanced practices and procedures, CWSA personnel are able to provide focused direct support to member organisations in a standardised and structured manner.  The impact of these interventions can also be more closely tracked.
