ROLE OF THE VOLUNTEER
CWSA consist of 6 700 members who are involved in National programs, etc. Asibavikele, Eye on the Child as well as National Awareness Programs (Child Protection week, Youth Day, Women’s Day and 16 days Activism). The volunteers are also involved in the management of member organizations whose main responsibility are good governance.
The Basic responsibilities of the Boards include taking legal responsibility for its affairs, ensuring that it has sufficient resources to carry out its activities and providing oversight of its direction and affairs.”
Volunteers play a very important role in the survival of CWSA and are the back bone of the member organizations. Without the Volunteers the organisations will not be able to exist without their involvement, skills and capabilities and commitment.
