Request for Proposals
Child Welfare South Africa (CWSA), the ECPAT International’s partner in South Africa is implementing a coalition project funded by the Human Development Foundation (HDF). The goal is to reduce Sexual Exploitation of Children (SEC) through strong, sustainable and effective multi-stakeholder and multi-sectoral actions. In order to have a good understanding of the organisations that are working to combat sexual exploitation of children in South Africa, CWSA would like to hire a consultant / consulting agency or firm for a mapping study. The aim is to identify the type of organisations, locations of the organisations, the level of the organisations’ involvement in addressing SEC challenges, as well as to identify the spread and reach of the organisations.
Attached is a Term Of Reference (TOR) for the submission of a proposal to conduct a mapping study of organisations in South Africa, working to combat sexual exploitation of children. Contained within the TOR are instructions for the RFP including the scope of work for the assignment.
All proposals should be submitted by email or post to the address below not later than 13th April 2016 South African time. Late submissions will not be considered.
